Synopsis: Jolly LLB is an upcoming Bollywood comedy drama film directed by Subhash Kapoor. The film features Arshad Warsi, Amrita Rao and Boman Irani in lead roles. The music is composed by Krsna of Tanu Weds Manu fame. The film is expected to release on 15th March 2013.
The film is a social satire on the law system of the country India. The story follows a struggling lawyer named Jolly (Arshad Warsi) who wants to make it big in life like his idol (Boman Irani). But when he is signed a court case against his own idol, Jolly must prove his worth and his skills as a lawyer and win the case! Jolly hails from a small town in India. Each & every time you move forward to have a closer look and a leanerear to the drama, this movie scores for Jolly LLB is a fantasticthriller drama which showcases the maddening reality of India, itsjudicial system and people's wrath & lax attitude on crime.
A standing ovation to Boman Irani for such a beautiful and genuineperformance as a senior advocate. Saurabh Shukla is faaantastic as thejudge and towards the end, his ire-ridden, frustrated reply to one ofthe lawyers leading is just the best scene of the movie; JLLB runs fora sweet little about 2 hours with no cheap humor or blatant slapstickas one is continuously experiencing in Bollywood genres. Arshad Warsiis poignant and dramatic after his "Zila Ghaziabad" villainy look.Amrita Rao didn't have much to play, maybe that is why she was casted.After "I Love You Mr. Kalakaar," this is her latest role and she doesgood enough. The rest of the cast is good as the direction is cheeky.
Screenplay is straightforward while some songs made me yawn because thescript didn't need them to entice me. The balance of thrills, spine-chills and oohs and aahs and whoas is equal on the two halves. Plus,since it is a based on a true story which is indeed based on vendetta,Jolly LLB is a pretty good entertainer with not much left for theaudience to interpret other than enjoying it. I could forget someloopholes or plot points for this as it made my day.
BOTTOM LINE: Streaming it if you have a thing for courtroom dramas or ifyou get emotional by the callous judicial system of India. 'Cause thisone is a genuine entertainer based on sheer facts.

'Jolly LLB' Synopsis: A small-time advocate goes head-to-head with ahigh-profile advocate, when the former re-opens a controversial case.
'Jolly LLB' works because the Screenplay is strong & progressive. Thenarrative is funny, inspiring & honest. The final act, stands out. Itswonderfully penned & executed. Subhash Kapoor has directed the filmwith utmost honesty & sincerity. He handles the comedic as well thedramatic portions like a pro. Cinematography is perfect. Editing issharp. Music by Krsna is good.
Performance-Wise: Arshad Warsi is competent. A consistently great actorlike Boman Irani is flawless, yet again. Saurabh Shukla is on a roll.After his stupendous performance in 'Barfi', Shukla emerges ascene-stealer in 'Jolly LLB'. His portions are marvelous & hisperformance is among the reasons why those portions work. Amrita Rao isfine. Mohan Kapoor & Harsh Chhaya are efficient. Sanjay Mishra,Brijendra Kala & Mohan Agashe shine in cameos.
On the whole, 'Jolly LLB' is a worthy Streaming.

I've got to Streaming this movie in Dubai Reel cinemas for the first showand found it a good one to Streaming not like typical Action or funnymovies.. they have taken a social issue and elaborated it in extensiveand funny manner the small jokes in movie keep the interest ofspectators. Arshad warsi and Bhoman Irani have done a good job. i wasnot able to find any real mistakes but still didn't get how Jolly wasable to find the right person but the Police didn't find him, but suchminor things doesn't matter and for the tag line "Footpaths are notmeant to sleep for sure.. but they are not even meant to drive" :)Finally i would suggest all to go and Streaming the movie.
